It is a true retreat inside the salon, clean, modern, relaxing and thoughtfully designed. I receive so many compliments on my hair since I started seeing Kelsey and even so many boys ask my 12 year old where he gets his hair done. You can catch my boys and I in like clock work every six weeks!

While settling in after moving, I was looking for a spa in Jackson and decided to give Rainbow a try. The atmosphere was wonderful—it gave off such a soothing vibe the moment I walked in. I think it’s probably the best spa in Jackson. If the opportunity arises, I’d definitely visit again.

I had a great experience with 21 Bloom. Dylan did a great job helping me get my Mom’s earrings in that required a larger gauge than what I had. He was so kind and caring. He explained everything to me prior to putting the earrings in and even during the process. I highly recommend Dylan to anyone that wants piercings.

I've been going to Christopher Meddle for a year now, and they always listen to my ideas, executing both freehand and stencil designs that are exactly what I envisioned. They handle any tweaks I request with the utmost kindness, truly helping my tattoo dreams come true. Not only is Chris an extremely talented artist with amazing work (you definitely need to check out their Instagram!), but they are also a genuinely kind person and a great listener while I yap about random life things to distract myself from the pain. Excellent service! We had a clogged drain and tried to snake it ourselves but that didn’t work. Then we tried 2 other plumbing companies and, while they worked hard, they weren’t able to resolve our issue. Next, we were suggested to try Rooney’s/Minuteman and we’re so glad we did! The employees and owner were amazing and empathetic to our situation (seeing that we had been dealing with the clog for about 3 weeks). Upon reaching out to them, someone was at our house in less than an hour to assess the situation. Then, the entire problem was fixed by them before 3pm the next day!

I brought in one of my front door handles that had the keyhole mounted upside down. I tried to follow some guides online to flip it over with no luck. Jim took it in the back for about a minute and handed it back flipped! Was a quick and painless visit and I'm very pleased! I also mentioned I have a garage door lock with no key, and he said if I can measure it he'll probably have one that would fit with keys included. Will return again if needed!

He apologized, acknowledged, and took steps to make this right with me and earn my business back. There are so many companies that would have simply blown this off without a care. This was a refreshing experience in a day when customer satisfaction seems to be at the very bottom of most companies priority lists. Because of this experience, I will likely try to give all my applicable business to this company. Wow. Outstanding job acknowledging that my experience doesn’t align with your business model and taking steps to rebuild the trust and relationship with the customer!

My recent experience left a lot to be desired. I ordered a large delivery ( 7 yards) of compost. It was from last year, I said that was fine even though there was no price adjustment offered. Scheduled delivery for a specific Friday when I’d have weekend help to move it all. They call the day it’s supposed to be delivered to let me know “someone” sold all their compost and my delivery would be delayed. I asked if they were going to offer any kind of compensation- discount or free delivery for the major inconvenience, they said they’d have to check and get back to me. Indicating they had several other customers impacted as well.
Then the compost finally does arrive and as I move it I keep finding trash in it. Not just one or two things, something in every shovel full. Broken glass, snack food wrappers, pieces of plastic grocery bags old screws and other metal shards. It was horrible I even cut myself twice picking the garbage out.
Not only was the quality of product received terrible but the lack of effort and customer service provided to solve the problem they cause was nonexistent. In future I will take my business elsewhere, I’d recommend others consider doing the same.

I had a horrific sewage backup right before work in my residential house. I called another business and they said they would be out sometime that day. At 2:00 p.m. I called Minuteman and they were here by 2:30 and the problem (a clogged main drain) was fixed by 3 p.m. Luke and Cody were very nice. They didn't make me feel gross at all for what my house was looking like. The price was a reasonable flat rate, so no sales pitch and no surprises. Highly recommend.

We had a fire in our home the day after Thanksgiving 2021. Rick and his crew wasted no time in determining what needed to be done and they got right to work. Walls and flooring had to be removed in order to replace floor joists which had been burned. New flooring had to be put in and walls rebuilt. His crew was there daily and worked to get us back home as soon as possible. We were very lucky from start to finish we were out of our house for only 4 months. Todd had no problem doing our job, very professional. We had a leak from our well to our home. When the house was built they ran the line under the house foundation so finding the leak was impossible BUT Todd was the one that would take on this job and fixed the problem. We were extremely happy and satisfied with the work Farley’s Home Restoration and Repair did for us on our 1950’s sea foam green tiled bathroom in just over 3 weeks time. Kyle, the owner, listens to you and remembers the why’s behind your choices and takes pride in the finishing details. He guided and informed our decision making then gave us a detailed/itemized estimate. We chose to purchase the pieces that you see like the tub, toilet, countertop, sink, faucets, lighted medicine cabinet, bath fan and towel bars. Our 1950’s custom vanity and linen closet SIZE prohibited us from purchasing new ones so Kyle and his team painted the old ones for us. During the project they kept things relatively clean and covered our rugs to prevent them from getting dirty. Kyle is a good communicator as well as a craftsman. We are delighted with the results and have already referred some of our friends to Farley’s Home Restoration and Repair.

Rose has cared for our home for the last 9 yrs and we are highly satisfied with their service and results. We have a contract and if the scheduled extermination does not take care of something they return at no charge. We have carpenter bees; managing them requires spraying eaves and overspray can get on windows. We time window cleaning with the spraying and the Rose team is very accommodating. James is our exterminator now and is knowledgeable and, like all Rose staff, nice to work with. The office staff are super. I always feel they are genuinely happy to help regardless of the request. Highly recommend Rose.

I have use Total Landscaping for 3 different projects at my house. The first was a total lawn replacement and paver brick walkway.
They also relaced an old paver walkway last year and now tore out somw old scrubs and placed them with stone and boulders. I would recomment Total Landscape to anyone. They are professional, on tmie and clean up afterwards!

Jamie was great!! I had her as my hygienist for the first time after my previous one moved away. She provided a lot of education and suggestions, all non-judgementally and with great enthusiasm. You can tell she truly just wants the best for your oral health. She was not just going through the routine of cleaning my teeth and sending me on my way, but instead provided a lot of feedback on what I could specifically do better (and showing so with a mirror).

Was Today the date of June 9, 2026 at 11:45am I had a wonderful experience today! This place is wonderful & clean! Super friendly front desk girl named Sydney was Super warm and welcoming & she made the first impressions Wonderful! Very down to earth! So I got hygienic Diane she cleaned my teeth that day she was very friendly and warm as well she did a great job and also Dr.Brown Came in after and she was also Friendly and warm as well and knowledgeable! I am now scheduled appointments for future visits and as our regular dentist for me and my family! I have not met Dr Lagow yet or another hygienist but so far I highly recommend!
June 15 2026- Sydney was SUPER friendly & Warm as always! and she also moved my kiddos up earlier to this date instead of waiting for another month to have their teeth cleaned! It would be their first time here and Diane was their hygienist and she was wonderful as always they had a great pain free experience Dr. Brown was Super friendly & knowledgeable and my kiddos enjoyed raiding the treasure chest after the experience!
My follow up visit was much better than the original visit. So much so that I am now very happy.
I have been going here forv15 16 years. Most of my grandkids go here. We would not go anywhere else. They have gotten us thru hard dental problems and I can totally trust them. Highest praise for them !!!!
Dr. Clark and his team is amazing! Dr. Clark is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and he gets the job done beautifully. I have no complications after numerous procedures including a root canal and multiple fillings. Hygienists are gentle and comforting during my cleaning
Got my dad in for a new patient same day appointment! Exceptional service and he explained everything thoroughly to us! My dad's pain is so much better!
I’m a semi-regular now with Doctor Double. Because of his treatments, my aches and pains so much better! With regular visits and the stretches and exercises he recommended, I’ve been able to do things that used to be quite painful!
Great place I have bein coming hear for 3 years on and off Amy at the front desk is awesome give them a call she will get ya right in at earliest convenience.

I was referred to Dr. Rizzo at Active Care Chiropractic for what turned out to be a frozen shoulder. I am extremely glad I called! Dr. Rizzo is very knowledgeable and has worked diligently to get my pain reduced and to improve my range of motion. Brandy in the office is very kind and welcoming. I always feel I am in good hands with Dr. Rizzo. I love that I can use my insurance, too.
I have been receiving the best chiropractic adjustments I have ever had from Dr. Bennette. The office is relaxing and I have always received excellent treatment. She goes out of her way to serve her patients. Like seeing someone on short notice even if she has to work over. My body feels and works so much better now with less stiffness and pain. Dr. Bennette has special skills with her adjustments that gets results. You will not be disappointed!
Great veterinarian. Kind, caring and great with my dogs. He assisted in putting down one of my dogs and made the experience as good as it possibly could be. Very informative and helpful with keeping my dogs in great health.
I called everywhere in Jackson to get my dog in. This was the only place that would squeeze us in. Dr. Whalin was amazing. Thank you for taking care of my family member! It meant not making him wait in pain for weeks to be seen. Stellar staff, I really can't say enough good.

Before scheduling my cats yearly appointment I received a call from the secretary here- I informed them I was looking for a different vet because of cost and they told me I had a “100$ credit on my account if that made any difference.” I said it did make a difference and scheduled an appointment. Imagine my surprise when after attending my appointment today they told me my credit had expired, the office worked with us and were able to fix the issue. They were very prompt. I appreciate them and their professionalism.
I felt like I was being scammed by vca. 600 for a hot spot. 3 visits and I kept mentioning my 8 month old Rottweilers hips. Something wasnt right. Kept having me come back so almost 300 a visit. Gaides was amazing but switched and not good anymore. Crossroads noticed instantly that he stands with his feet together and its not normal. My baby has been in pain for 3 months because his leg joint is slipping out of his hip. They showed me other xrays of what is normal to help me understand his. Very caring and loving team. I was crying for my boy and even got a comforting hug. They print out information on what could be going on with your baby so you are aware and also explain why they feel they need to do the testing they are requesting. Googled it and they are on point for everything they said. The other vet didnt give me anything. Just a greed for money. I want my baby to be better and you just have me keep coming back. The love they gave to my boy also made him feel comfortable and welcomed. I have heard so many people talk about how good crossroads was and I have been trying since 2001 to get in. That has to tell you something. I can definitely see why now they are always full to not accept new patients sometimes. If you can get in definitely go here. By far for my rescued pets they have been the best I've taken them to. Ohh not to mention I've never seen or heard of this before but they took a video of my pup and sent it out for a second opinion. WOW IM MIND BLOWN. Ohh not to mention i have 3 stray kitties and 3 other resue pups and the other vet wouldn't send a rx to meijer instead made me pay $76 even when I asked because there was supposedly nothing else they could give me and crossroads gave me an rx and a coupon so I only paid a little over 19 and didnt have to ask for it and it is helping him better than the one vca prescribed. Absolutely take your pet here. So im editing this to also say they arent out to get your money. I called yesterday balling my eyes out because of my pups hip and leg is getting worse and cant get him into the specialist they recommend so they are on it. Reaching out to another one and trying to get him help. Researching both of the specialist they have the highest ratings. I have never in my life had such good vet care or anyone that cared enough about my babies. My freaking heart. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Been to 4 other vets in my lifetime by far THE BEST. Rottweiler went through 4 different homes in 4 months and was abused he dont deserve anyone but the best. Im thankful for you crossroads animal clinic
Everyone here is amazing! They treated my girl like their own family today for her surgery/dental work. I highly recommend them. Dr. Sue is our official vet and she was patient and kind with me and answered all my questions at our appointment last week. The vet tech that discharged us was equally as patient and kind about answering my discharge questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Just want to say a special thank you to all of the vet texts and veterinary doctors that helps with my Bernese mountain dog. He became very ill and despite their best efforts and mine we ended up having to let him go the other day and they were so kind and generous and loving to him and to us and I could not say anything better about these people they have a hard job to do and they do it with love and respect so with my whole heart I just want to say thank you
Devon is the sweetest and most caring person/pet groomer I've ever met. She is so gentle with my disabled cat and takes great care of her even though it makes her appointments longer. I would recommend Devon to anyone who loves their fur babies!
I really enjoy taking my dog to Shannon. She does a great job and my little boy is not shaking when I go to pick him up! She is gentle and caring! After all this is my baby… Only the best will do.!!!!!❤️??

I have been going to Coterie for about a year now and absolutely love it! From the very first class I felt welcome and supported. I have continued to grow in my abilities, and as a person who gets anxiety going to the gym I look forward to my classes each week.
I started coming to Purely Pilates after I visited an open house and found the staff and clients to be exceptionally open and friendly. They worked with me, a complete novice, and have never been anything less than completely supportive and encouraging. Class sizes are small by design, and private sessions are available, too.

Update! It had been way too long since I went here so I made a Saturday trip out of it. God they don’t disappoint! One girl actually remembered my name after 3 years. Got the 2 for special. Unbelievably happy when I left. Damn they are the best!

ORS on Robinson helped me after I sprained my ankle after a fall. It was a five month process of truly getting me back on my feet. I was recently able to take a planned vacation to Alaska and had the confidence to enjoy my trip without any issues. Thank you ORS for working through some challenging times.
