I started coming to Purely Pilates after I visited an open house and found the staff and clients to be exceptionally open and friendly. They worked with me, a complete novice, and have never been anything less than completely supportive and encouraging. Class sizes are small by design, and private sessions are available, too.
I have learned so much from TIna on how to exercise for my body and to stretch properly. Her massage therapist Brenda is amazing, she has helped me release muscles so I am able to stretch!!!
