Shannon is always professional and she gets the job done very quickly. So I'm able to drop off my dogs and pick them up a couple hours later and get back to life. My only worry is if she retires lol. I drop off my two dogs every 3 months well worth it.

Last year our Alaskan Malamute Mooney jumped in a bush full of burrs and I was worried he would have to be shaved. Shannon was able to save his coat while getting the burrs out safely. Mooney has a lot of anxiety but loves seeing Shannon every 6 weeks. Nobody does a better job with my 120lb fur baby
