Before scheduling my cats yearly appointment I received a call from the secretary here- I informed them I was looking for a different vet because of cost and they told me I had a “100$ credit on my account if that made any difference.” I said it did make a difference and scheduled an appointment. Imagine my surprise when after attending my appointment today they told me my credit had expired, the office worked with us and were able to fix the issue. They were very prompt. I appreciate them and their professionalism.
Our 5-month-old kitten became very sick, very quickly. For over two weeks, our previous vet misdiagnosed him and let him get worse and worse. When our poor boy was on his deathbed and our other vet turned us away, Dr. Miller and her staff got us in within ten minutes. From the moment we arrived, they took everything seriously — running bloodwork and X-rays right away and finally getting to the root of what was wrong.

When we needed exams and paperwork to travel internationally with our puppies on a short time frame, several vets declined to take on what was, in truth, a significant hassle outside the everyday. Arbor Hills accepted the challenge and put us at ease with their professionalism and caring. There's no guarantee of breezing through customs when landing in a foreign country with pets, but we did.
