“I have been going to this office for several years now and I would recommend them to anyone looking for eye care for several reasons.
Leah, the office manager. Incredibly professional and customer service beyond what you get anywhere else. She remembers you as a patient even if it's been a year and general care. When I've needed additional help she's always right there to take care of it. I had an issue with a prescription and she had the Dr on the phone with the pharmacist within 15 minutes to take care that my prescription was filled.
Alex the technician, also amazing customer service. Explains everything pre exam and what he is gathering for the doctor.
Shayla who helped me with my glasses selection and ordering provided great service as well.
Last but absolutely not least, Dr Cruz. I've worked with medical professionals for years and have many I highly recommend and nobody comes close to the care that Dr Cruz provides. In the summer I had a concern with my eye and walked in, within minutes Dr Cruz was looking at my eye and did a scan with a device I assume carried a hefty cost. She went over the scan with me and eased my concerns, and in the end just marked it as continuation of my annual exam without billing additional.
At the time I immediately scheduled my annual exam to take place this month, and for some reason thought my exam was a Wednesday, it was Tuesday and I missed it (which was a blessing in disguise.)
Sunday I woke up with my eye irritated and angry, I had my appointment with Dr Cruz on Monday. Again very thorough, she prescribed a drop for my issue and asked me to follow up the next day. I stopped back in today and as soon as she finished with her current patient she took me back and reexamined me further and addressed my need without billing anything additional, even when I was at the point I'd have given a kidney for the relief provided.
Anymore good service can be hard to find, but not at MyEyeDr. I am at times frugal and have complained to others about the cost of eye wear but I'd pay 10x if this office didn't accept my insurance or if I was without because the value and care.
Thank you Dr Cruz, Leah, Alex and Shayla. I really was in pain and distressed but this evening I will be able to rest without my eye keeping me up and making my day and evening difficult.
If you need a recommendation, this is the place.”
