One of my pine trees was topped off in a storm so I had a huge amount of pinewood in the backyard. I called and he promptly called me back, came out within a half an hour to give me an estimate and then came back two hours later and took care of the job. I could not recommend them more highly than I do. They did a great job and they cleaned everything up.
