While settling in after moving, I was looking for a spa in Jackson and decided to give Rainbow a try. The atmosphere was wonderful—it gave off such a soothing vibe the moment I walked in. I think it’s probably the best spa in Jackson. If the opportunity arises, I’d definitely visit again.

I recently visited Rainbow Health Spa and decided I had to leave a review after reading others here. I didn’t even realize the place had newly reopened until I found out there was a new owner.

The previous owner gave decent massages, but always felt a bit cold and unfriendly. The new owner, however, was incredibly warm, welcoming, and kind from the moment I walked in. Her smile alone made the whole experience feel comfortable and relaxing.

The massage itself was excellent, but what stood out even more was the genuine care and positive energy. You can really feel the difference. I enjoyed my visit so much that I even saved this business to my Google favorites.

Highly recommended — definitely a 5-star experience!

I visited Rainbow Spa during a 4-night business trip last week because I was feeling extremely tired and exhausted. I found this place through a Google ad, and at first I hesitated because the building looked more like a house than a business.

But once I walked in, I immediately felt comfortable. The atmosphere was warm and cozy, and the lady who welcomed me was incredibly kind and beautiful. I decided to give it a try even without high expectations, and I’m so glad I did.

The massage was absolutely amazing and helped relieve all of my stress and fatigue. I left feeling refreshed and much better than before. I honestly wish we had a spa like this back home in Jacksonville because I would definitely become a regular customer. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
