We were amazed that when we called, they were there within an hour. It wasn't a critical situation for us however we were amazed at Christopher's speed and professionalism. Not only did he do a very thorough job, he also took the time to explain step by step how to prevent our draining issue in the future. Overall, the receptionist was very professional and polite. Christopher was very quick, professional, thorough and polite. And at the end, we were very pleased with everything and have absolutely no complaints.
I just got my drain jet flushed and they put the camera down the pipe and showed me everything. Worth every penny I spent, and saved. The other place tried to trump up my estimate and didn't even fix my problem. Always trust your repairs to Roto Rooter they will do the BEST JOB!!!!!
