“We had three estimates to replace our sanitary lines under the basement floor. The first estimate was $16,000.00 the second was $9,100.00 and Cicotte was a little over $5,000.00. This estimate also included roughing in a bathroom in our basement. The guys were very professional, answered all of questions and concerns. They were on time, cleaned up the work area each day they were here. The dust impact was minimal. We are very pleased with their services and highly recommmend them for your plumbing needs.“

“Had some main water shutoff valves replaced as they were probably 60 years old. Dan and Brian did good work on some old pipes.

I, unfortunately, had to call them back out just to confirm all was good with a potential leak, that was either condensation or a drippy thread. They were understanding of the fear and set Mr. Dan back out as soon as they were able.

We also had a miscommunication on the pricing of things, but the office was understanding and worked with me to rectify the disagreement.“

I originally had a company come out only for them to snake my drain multiple times for them to then tell me they can’t Hydro jet. “It’s a bigger issue” I contacted this company and immediately the process they explained to me was completely different!
