The technician Shane arrived when expected and did a great job. Very professional and courteous and explained everything he was going to do. Also after completing the job he cleaned up the service area very well…. I would recommend Mr Rooter to anyone.
Mr. Rooter (Mike U.) was efficient, very cordial, and knowledgeable in handling multiple issues in our home. We appreciate their concern for our financial situation and for helping us.
Shockingly they were able to provide service the day we called and I was arranging the service from four hours away,- the communication was amazing. Austin, the tech worked really hard to come up with a bathroom solution in a very old renovated building downtown Detroit. He was knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and did an excellent job troubleshooting and doing the actual work.
He had to do some research to find the right parts and pieces. We were incredibly satisfied and would recommend them all others.
