My shower had a broken diverter and an embarrassing homemade trap underneath which leaked every time I used the shower. The broken diverter made it so that the tub filled with water in minutes, so I had to constantly turn the water off to let it drain. Only when the pipe in the back starting leaking onto the hardwood did I call for help, and after Mike came out and assured me that it was fixable, Scott came out this morning and not only fixed the leak, but rebuilt the trap underneath and fixed the diverter, and then gave me a bill that was less than they estimated originally, even with the added work! I can’t express enough how much I appreciate the service provided by the staff. We called early on Saturday morning and the plumber arrived less than an hour after. The plumber saved us from what could have a dangerous situation. I recommend Bobs Plumbing to everyone.
