We had a great experience with Great Lakes Heating and Cooling, and especially with Tyler. We’ve owned our home for just over four years, and as first-time homebuyers, we admittedly were a bit ignorant when it came to some of the routine maintenance needed to keep everything running smoothly. Now that we have a baby, making sure our home is safe and functioning properly has become even more important to us. Tyler came out on a Sunday to take a look at our furnace, which we truly appreciated. From the start, he eased our minds and reassured us that we weren’t the only homeowners who had overlooked some of these maintenance tasks. He took the time to break everything down in a way we could actually understand and clearly explained what was causing the noises we had been hearing. We’re incredibly grateful for his professionalism, patience, and for taking time out of his Sunday to help us. We fully intend to use Tyler and Great Lakes Heating and Cooling going forward and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and reliable service.

Never fails, extreme cold or heat something breaks. Yesterday evening, our air conditioner broke and the house quickly got to 84! My husband called Jay, talked through the situation, Jay immediately knew what was happening, scheduled a call for the next day (Saturday) and by 9:00am Tyler was here and within a short time the air was back on! Thank you Jay and Tyler for your expertise, quick action, and professionalism!
