We had a good experience with our eye exam. However, the staff never answers the phone. And I never got a call saying that my glasses were ready to be picked up. Called for about a month with no answer. And also no follow up about my eye glasses
First time here at this location. The staff was very friendly and professional. I had the pleasure of working with Dominique. She was awesome I appreciated professional and knowledge of products. Thank you can’t wait to get my glasses.
Busy! But great place to get a new pair of glasses! The staff is very kind. The only thing i didn't like was when i was picking out my new glasses, the girl helping us was standing right there and felt a bit micromanaged, but i understand..it is her job. Just pray i had a bit more freedom to look on my own.
