I love this location very friendly and professional! Theoni is the only employee I work with so please please don’t send her away I need her to fit me with the right style of frames, as I have to wear kids frames for my small face and at 56 years old I don’t want to look like a kid! Theoni can do that for me! So please take good care of your employee she loves her job and it shows! As always I’m very satisfied with my new glasses!!😍
Overall the staff was friendly and tried to help, but the process was more frustrating than expected. I was originally told my glasses would take 7–10 days, with a rush order put in it could've been 2-4 days, but they ended up taking 14 because their lab had an equipment issue. The only other issue was that I requested the glasses be sent to the Northville location for pickup, but they were shipped to the Warren store instead. Not a terrible experience, but I hope communication and order handling improve.
