I would recommend this SVS vision more than others I’ve been to because their team really cares about the patients that come in. I had never worn glasses or contacts before and Theoni was very patient in teaching me how to put them in.
When I came back to pickup my glasses she was very personable with my 6 year old son, and even remembered us by name. She also helped me pick out my glasses too.
I told her how I hadn’t used the contacts since I got them and I was nervous and she gave me a card and told me to call her if I need anything which really eased my anxiety.
