Right from the start the person (Kate) there was kind and helpful. She answered all my questions and gave good advice (if the frames looked good on me, which one would be better as sunglasses (the color of the lenses)).
I was also able to get new lenses on my old frames.

The workers have always been pleasant, helpful and respectful to me.
There may be less choice, but low costs allow me to get 2 pair for less than the price of 1 from other places.
I have glasses that are still in good shape after years even tho I can't use them...
They help when issues arise (lost screws, etc- I am hard on glasses)
I plan to only go there for my glasses as long as I live in this area
