Nice office. The staff at Family Eye Care are friendly and efficient. Dr. Popp was particularly informative, answered my questions. He was very thorough and patient with me for the testing. Since my cataracts are getting worse, I am a candidate for the surgery. (won't need glasses) yay! Scheduling asap
Stay away, they don't know what they are doing. My family and I went for vision checks. My wife and I needed new glasses, they quoted us a certain price after both insurances paid their part, paid it. A few months later get another bill from them, don't know why because everytime you talk to someone, the story changes, how is that professional? If you can't be upfront with the price the first time, you shouldn't be in business!
They're great! Amazing staff and super quick with glasses and contact orders.My glasses have been giving me a headache and they were super quick to reschedule me to be reassessed. Must recommend for those with eye care needs.
