I usually attend the morning class, unless I have something going on or can’t wake up on time ? The equipment is well-maintained and the vibe of the studio is so peaceful yet energizing. “I'm originally from Windsor and a career regular force member of the Canadian Armed Forces. I come home to visit family and friends for various holidays. I can honestly say that Crunch fitness is the only gym in this city that looks after our military guys properly. I'm never looking for handouts but for gym to try and make out military men and woman pay full price for a day pass is crazy work.

“Been here for a few years. New remodel is super nice! Staff is laid back and helpful. No idea why they didn’t remodel the locker room with the new look though. Definitely needs an update it’s from the early 2000s all original.“
