Crunch Fitness is a spacious and inviting gym with a positive atmosphere. Members appreciate the clean environment and the variety of well-maintained machines. The gym offers a good value and is convenient due to its ability to be used at different locations. Many members have been going to Crunch Fitness for years and have noted lots of upgrades and improvements. The staff is friendly and supportive, and the gym provides 24-hour access for just $11.56 a month, making it an incredible value. While some members have mentioned that the front desk staff haven't always been welcoming, especially when there are multiple staff present, the overall experience remains positive. The music selection has also received mixed reviews, with some finding it repetitive and having offensive language. Additionally, some equipment has been reported as broken, including tanning bed lights and a hydro massage chair. The studio lacks mirrors and has some cosmetic issues like patched holes. Despite these drawbacks, many members love the layout and the machines, finding Crunch Fitness to be a comfortable and enjoyable place to work out.
I’ve been coming to this gym for a good few years now and I have to say that I really like it! I usually come during the night most the year and then I come during the day for a couple months in the summer. This gym is always improving for the better and the price monthly for this gym is definitely worth it! If you’re looking for a great gym to go to that’s affordable this is the place! This gym is always super clean and well kept. Ameen and Hassan are by far some of the best crew I have come across in any place of work. I joined Crunch almost a year ago after spending 40 years as a member at a competing gym. Overall, I've been very happy with my experience. The price is good, the gym has all the equipment most people need, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful.
My biggest disappointment is the lack of mirrors. There are very few, and the ones that do exist are located in areas where you're often in other members' way when trying to use them.
I find this especially puzzling because mirrors are an important part of working out — they help people monitor their form, perform exercises correctly, and reduce the risk of injury. This is particularly important...read full review
Very good gym.
Started a 3-day pass today.
Found the receptionist to be a stickler and I mishandled it.
However, the manager finished my workout and never asked me what happened.
It's just too bad that third parties have stopped asking for the other side of the story.
The staff, gym, location, parking, and equipment are awesome.
