Trina is Absolutely Phenomenal! Her Services are Beyond Effective. I get SO much from her yoga. I experience relaxation, opening up to myself and God and putting my body in a more well state though the stretching and poses. So Beneficial!
I love how Sacred Space Yoga Centre combines yoga stretches and poses with Scripture and worship music in the background. Not only do I get my stretches on, I'm cleansed internally. I love this place!
I highly suggest this studio. I have been doing yoga for 5 plus years and spent a lot of time at Ashrams around the world and this place is the real deal. The focus and care they have is what makes this place better than the rest.
