I noticed a lot of bad reviews on here, but so far the customer service I have received has been excellent. Anyone I have spoke to over the phone has had the best customer service I've dealt with in years. Also, after the call, there is a one question survey, asking if you would hire the customer service agent you just spoke to if you owned a customer service business. I have to go in tomorrow to get a spot checked out on my eyeball and I hope I receive the same customer service, I have so far. If I haven't, I will edit this review so if it's still up here, it was all excellent.
Dr. Cowden has performed many surgeries on my eyes, and as far as I'm concerned, he's a miracle worker! I highly recommend him if you need eye surgery.
