Had a emergency vision issues. They got me an appointment asap and did a full eye exam out of concern. Referred me too a specialist that day.Very helpful staff & very good at what they do

I was there last week, March 2019. Annie was great to work with, the best exam I have ever had. She communicates very well as she is testing and helping select the best lenses. I came away confident that I will have an excellent prescription. Couldn't have been any better.

I recently purchased two pairs of glasses and one pair of sunglasses from Costco optical on 28th St. in Grand Rapids. I also got my eye exam at the same location, and it was professional and just fine. My glasses are all great. They came in within one week of ordering them and the techs at Costco were very good about tweaking the fit so they were just right. When my sunglasses came in, the lenses weren't exactly right, and they reordered new lenses for me without any fuss.
