Honestly, we really enjoyed the who process: from the estimate - super clear and concise and knew the final price before they left; to install with Tim and Ross. Both men were super communicative, sensitive to my wife working at home, to loving on our crazy dog who wouldn't leave them alone. The install was smooth, the explanation clear. And a follow up the two days later.
