“Scott came in to give us an estimate on a new furnace and a/c. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We have a couple more estimates to get, but I have no doubt that if we go with Philo we’ll be happy with the service.We did go with Scott and his crew for our new furnace. They were prompt, courteous, and respectful. From removing the old furnace to installing the new furnace with humidifier and creating a cold air return it took about 5 hours. We highly recommend them.“

“It’s hard for me to give out a 5 star review for any company in the service industry where they are not in charge of their own pricing ; so while industry pricing is still skyrocketing due to the market inflation and the “impossibility” of another market collapse , I will have to leave a 4 star review (sadly)The guys showed up to my house , 2 guys truck and trailer … both clean and ready for work … I was their second stop of the day …The young men were knowledgeable and eager to get the job done ; and they took the time to understand my needs before they handled any of my concerns.It was found out that a part was needed to complete the job ; and being over 20 years old and not the brand of HVAC equipment the company uses , a furnace part needed to be special ordered to complete the work requested.The guys found the part locally sourced in under 10 minutes and were able to secure deliver and install the part in less than 4 hours.The part was tested for fitment and function ; and (after a winter) I have not had an issue with the system since the work was performed (small electrical issue with the home due to neighborhood blackouts during storms).The site was clean during and after work and all pieces were installed back to original specifications.The delivery of cost information and financial support services was clear and concise ; and it felt like the employee truly had an understanding of how to get me the best quality service at a price I can afford.I was also contacted by the OWNER , and was given assurance that should any further work need to be completed , any costs I’ve already contributed would be reduced from a future invoice.10/10 times when I asked I would recommend getting service with Crome Mechanical.Thank you for your time“
