PRO TECH has always been great to work with. The repair guys are super nice and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable. I have confidence that they will fix or replace my AC and furnace, if needed. They are honest, quick and dependable. This free tune up was really great.
Our Furnace went out on a Friday night and the Technician Adam showed up early Saturday morning and had the problem diagnosed within 15 - 20 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable about our furnace. He took the time to make sure that we thoroughly understand what the problem was and how not to have it happen again in the future. We had Adam from Pro Tech come to our home today for a furnace check up. He not only did the job of checking out the appliance, and tested how efficient it is working. Adam went out of his way to take the time to inform us about proper thermostat setting, to the correct filter to use. This is the first time my husband or I had heard these facts. It was nice the time he took to make sure not only would we get the best efficiency, but longevity out of our furnace. I would recommend Pro Tech for any of your heating or cooling needs, they have proven they are a company who cares about their clients.
