Walmart Vision & Glasses

May 2023

I sat on my glasses and they got all bent. I thought I'll have to get a new pair. But my sister told me to try Walmart. I stopped at this one (at 5859 28th St) on May 23, 2023 at around 3pm. The lovely Christine took my glasses in back and came back in a few minutes...my glasses were like new...they fit perfect! She gives off such kind energy, and the best help with a smile. Next time I want a new frame (maybe in 6 months or a year) I will buy them here only because of her. If by chance, she is no longer working here, then I'll leave and go somewhere else to find frames. I hope she gets promoted a lot, I like her, a great personality.

I myself, and my three daughters all go to theWal-Mart vision center in cascade. The Doctor there makes you feel very comfortable and she is extremely thorough. The office staff is always so friendly and helpful. I moved away for a few years and had to go to another eye Doctor, and was miserable. So glad that we decided to move back and return to this office!

A lazer focused, above the lens eye exam. Question mania was met answer utopia. 20/20 clear focus in service excellence. I appreciated the staff's willingness to listen and to follow through on perception questions and concerns. Thank you. It was an eye clarifying experience.
