It was so nice to work out the at this gym after about 2 years away from any gym, just doing indoor exercises and walking 4 mi a day outside. I really enjoyed my workout. LA fitness is a class business and a top-notch gym.
AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUTS, AMAZING RESULTS!This gym has the best energy, staff, and feel. The variety of fitness classes are top notch, especially zumba with Jose! Brett G, the gen manager is very dedicated, does an outstanding excellent job managing the facilities and is super helpful. VERY friendly team who make me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. All the trainers are super nice and take an interest no matter what fitness level you're at. To be able to have access to a sauna, hot tub, pool, clean facilities, great equipment... I am very grateful!!
I had an amazing experience at LA Fitness Roseville. I was in from New York and Austin took great of me and I was able to get in a great workout and a delicious protein smoothie! Fantastic gym!! Thanks guys!
