“I've had them over twice, once to scope my sewer line and now more recently to have a few small things done. Outdoor spigot replacement, fix a leaky garbage disposal, and clear a slow bathroom sink drain. I've dealt with the owner, Paul, as well as his other plumbers and everyone I've worked with so far has been friendly, knowledgeable, and very focused on making sure I know what's going on every step of the way. I will not hesitate to call Hall for any future plumbing needs.“

I originally had a company come out only for them to snake my drain multiple times for them to then tell me they can’t Hydro jet. “It’s a bigger issue” I contacted this company and immediately the process they explained to me was completely different! “Sergei and his team do a great job! They are friendly, fast and professional. I’ve used him several times for my cooking and heating issues. My AC unit was stolen and he installed a refurbished unit for less than any of my other quotes.“

“Called at 8:30 in the morning due to cooling issues and external A/C not running. Frank picked up my call. By 5pm the same day I had my system back up and running and Frank showed me everything I needed to know as a first time home owner with his son (Who was also named Andrew! Shout out to a fellow Drew).

Turns out, my external A/C unit was functioning as intended and they isolated the issues to a faulty thermostat and un-reactive condenser pump which they respectively switched out and fixed.

Heads up, they do have an initial up-front $150 service fee, but my new thermostat plus labor for the day was fairly priced at around ~$350 with a - year warranty!

Will be calling them again for my future projects. Pricing was understandably fair and work was quality, and swift for a same day call. :)“

Anthony Abdaal is the supervisor on site through this emergency and guided us through this repair with confidence and empathy. We had a major emergency with our main service line. My only problem was they told me that parts (they weren't needed at this time) were only covered under warranty if I had service done by the company that installed it. I told the tech that I called the manufacturer and was told warranty work can be done by any licensed company. I really prefer Williams Heating & Cooling, over the other company.
