Gabnel quickly took care of the problem by getting the parts needed and installed them in no time! We started using Think and Do Partners last October and it was the BEST decision our did. The attention to detail and their communication with me (Office Manager) is exceptional. MiVet is always responsive to our 2 German Shepherd Dogs' needs. Every vet and tech we've seen has been helpful, and every experience with MiVet has been very good.
I go to Fabiola for monthly facials and it is the best decision I’ve made for my skin. She does an incredible job customizing my treatment each month for what my needs are. She keeps a very comfortable and clean space, and she is extremely professional and also friendly. I recommend her to anyone in the area wanting an above and beyond facial experience.
Andy and the team at CMR are simply excellent! They added air conditioning to our old house for the first time and I'm very happy with the result.
I'm picky about my HVAC contractors. Some are just high-pressure salesmen, most don't pay attention to the details, and almost none of them understand the building science that goes into creating a comfortable house. Andy is the exception - no pressure, no B.S., and a willingness to do things right. CMR is also one of the few HVAC contractors in the area that is ACCA QA accredited.
He did the legwork for the initial estimate himself. He worked with me for several weeks via email ironing out the details on our challenging installation (refining load calculations, system sizing, pros/cons of different options, etc.). And he was even able to save me some money by allowing me do a lot of the prep work myself (I installed the new electrical disconnect, moved our existing condensate pump, pulled new thermostat wire, etc.).
Installation day was a breeze and the crew had excellent workmanship. System easily passed both inspections and has been running smoothly ever since. Connie at the CMR office is always delightful and responsive. I'll be coming back to CMR for my future maintenance and projects!

Blown away by the compassion, love and crystal clear communication from the staff! About 4 months ago I started taking my 9.5 yr old Choc lab there. From the initial exam with Dr. Mary to working every 6 weeks with Kim, Maddux has improved soooo much! Vet and ortho vet sent us in circles with xrays and misdiagnosis. Kim listened and understood my frustration and determination to heal my boy. He had a shoulder injury that kept coming back, she put us on a laser treatment plan and regular exercises and communicated it all so clearly . She made a quality plan to help strengthen and work his entire body to support his mobility and joint health. She worked with me to explain every detail, the anatomy of his shoulder, how to relieve my anxiety around his limping and what to look for as we move forward with his rehab. Maddux is a handful when we visit the facility but everyone still treats him like he was their own pup, and tolerate his excessive barking :). He's my entire world so to find a place that loves your family member as much as you do is rare these days! There is never a rush to get us out the door or a lack of clear direction, everything is explained including the why behind their diagnosis and plan. I cannot thank ARF enough for taking him as a client and working with us so much to help with his longevity as he gets older. Kim has been a lifesaver and we truly appreciate her work and dedication to our boy! No way to say enough amazing things about ARF!

Looking for a vet after moving from out of state, I found Dexter Animal Clinic. I was able to get in the next day for an exam and vaccines for my dog. My dog is highly anxious and stressed at the vet and the vet and vet tech were SO patient and kind. Typically, these visits are high stress for me and my dog due to her anxiety. They were able to handle her with care and do the exam and vaccines. Dr Nowicki also sat with me after the exam to go over any concerns I had and solutions for future vet visits to help her feel less stressed. It truly felt like him and the vet tech that helped really cared about me and my dog. I look forward to making this my primary vet and would encourage anyone, no matter your dogs stress level, to visit this vet.
Charity does an excellent job with her services. I've had her out for two storm cleanup and overgrowth projects in my yard. She is so easy to schedule with. She shows up and gets the job done, and she treats my yard with respect. No mess left behind, and my trees look great. We have used LNJ Landscaping for years. They are always so professional and efficient. They do a fabulous job, whether it is freshening up the beds or clearing out trees. We recently had LNJ remove some huge trees in a couple tight areas in our yard. They were careful with all the structures in the yard and cleaned up all the branches and leaves after they were down. I wouldn't use anyone else for our landscaping needs! Thanks Jamie and the LNJ crew!
After the ice storm I was calling around for quotes and out of the five places only two responded. I was able to get them out the day I contacted them and they were the most reasonably priced by a significant amount. They cleared out everything and we had a snow storm which knocked out more branches and destroyed a tree. They quickly came back again and even helped take out some stuff without increasing their price. Appreciate all their help, speed and flexibility.

Annie my mini Aussie loves getting groomed here. She get so excited when I pull up in front. Once She gets inside her little tail wags so hard her entire body shakes. She loves Cory and always looks beautiful when we pick her up. Annie’s behavior is the best review as she was always hesitant with other groomers. They set up a schedule so it is very easy to keep Annie looking beautiful and comfortable.
Sage and Senior did an excellent job removing my Bradford pear tree near my house. They were courteous, efficient, and respectful of my property. Safety was front of mind throughout the project. From the moment we first visited Dancer's Edge to see if it was a good fit for our family to now, 8 years later, Valerie and the teachers have gone out of their way to make dance special. From the personal goal setting meetings, to the emphasis on family and school comes first, from the Kindness Club, to the celebrations of any life accomplishments (not just dance ones), Dancer's Edge has set the standard for caring and teaching the whole student.
Dancers Edge has become my children's second home, their social circle, and a place they are given the room and confidence to be silly, to make mistakes, and to push their skills to the next level.
As far as skills go - every step of the way in these 8 years has been developmentally appropriate. They aren't just training for the next trick, they are building a foundation that carries over into many athletic (and life) skills.
Choreography, music, and costumes are all age appropriate. The careful process to hold to those standards shows at the various competitions we attend.
As my children are getting older, the connections Dancer's Edge has provided them is a boost to their next stage of life (no pun intended). There are so many master classes offered as options to the students from industry leaders - Hip Hop, Ballet, Pointe Safety and Preparedness, Musical Theater, Hollywood/Acting industry, I could go on and on. Being able to access these types of classes right here at our home studio in little Dexter is amazing.

I am very happy with the work Dexter Builders did on two bathrooms in my home. The project was extremely well planned and organized. Rachel Hill is an amazing project manager, remembering every detail of my job. She got back to me right away with any question I had and kept me fully informed of the schedule. No disappearing contractors.
There is a world of difference between hiring a single guy who is “good at building things” versus a well managed team of experts like this. Every worker was a professional in his field, and also friendly, respectful of my home, and happy to cooperate with me on my design ideas.
Their flexibility was also impressive. I could order materials through them or buy my own products with no difficulty. Whenever there was a problem or question about how to proceed, they resolved the matter to my advantage, not theirs - even when it cost them significant extra time and effort to do so. And they did not finish the project until I was happy with every detail.
