1000% recommend. Began taking my dog, Harley, here when he became more special needs and needed extra care as a senior pup. He was never fond of being groomed, especially as he got older and blind. However, they were always super amazing, kind, and patient. Harley always left looking beyond adorable, too. He unfortunately passed away recently, but if you are looking for compassionate groomers for a special needs and/or senior pup, I highly recommend them.
An elderly friend ran into a horrible matting problem with a very hairy dog due to some health issues. Through friends I already knew that Wolfe's Pet Grooming did very well with cats and if you can make cats and their owners 🙂 happy you're good. So I said I'd take the dog in for a rescue groom. Miracles were worked and that little dog is now just as cute and as happy as can be. Much more comfortable I'm sure. This is not at all a well socialized dog but she seemed just as relaxed and content as could be when I picked her up. That in itself counts for a lot besides the grooming itself. We absolutely love Tracey at Wolfe Pet Grooming. She is hands down the best groomer we’ve ever been to. We used to see her regularly, and when she left, we tried several other places in the area… but nothing even came close.
After trying multiple groomers, I realized it was completely worth driving the extra few minutes out to Dexter just to see Tracey again. She is truly that good.
Wolfe Pet Grooming itself is also amazing. The entire team is so kind and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about the dogs they work with. It’s such a positive, comfortable environment, and I always feel confident leaving my dog in their care.
