We have been in business for 22 years serving and caring for Dexter and surrounding communities. We ask you to book an appt through our website or call ahead and our receptionist will help you. We offer a heated jade stone migun therapy acupressure massage table. To use this, book an appt or we have walk-in/reception hours Monday-Friday posted on our website. We have early morning though later evening appts available and take appts 7 days a week. Our studio has 7 quaint and cozy rooms and 12 amazing healers. There are 2 discounts given for your first appt and again if you book another at the time of your first appt. We are happy to help!

I may have a bias because Body Wisdom is within walking distance of my studio, but I have never been disappointed. I regularly get massages by Amanda. She is not only a god level skilled massage therapist, but is incredibly knowledgeable. I often leave my appointments thinking to myself, “wow this is probably what my body should actually feel like regularly.” Beyond her expertise in her craft, she’s an excellent human being and conversationalist if that’s important during your massage experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Kirt always does a great job getting the knots and painful spots without causing me to feel beat up the next day. As someone with a connective tissue disease, chronic pain, and a busy schedule, that's HUGE. He's also just a really good guy that I enjoy speaking with, relaxing energy, and lots of good tips to have you feeling better. Would highly recommend!
