I recently had the pleasure of working with Jacqueline to plan my kitchen renovation. She was so professional and kind. Her knowledge and expertise in design is very impressive! She was extremely attentive to my ideas, and did not try to pressure me in any way! She was so sweet to my small dog, who had to accompany me that day. I had to give 4 stars because of the high overall cost. It was most enjoyable working with her!
A big thank you to Jacci at Mill Creek Kitchen & Bath! So enjoyed the experience of working together. Jacci has a proactive, positive, warm approach and a keen eye for design. I look forward to continuing to work with Jacci and Mill Creek.
Just finished a bathroom remodel, and I am delighted with the results! Was helped with the design by Jacqueline. suffered a bit of sticker shock at the original estimate-- I have expensive tastes I guess, but Jacqueline helped me make some changes to lower the cost a bit .The project manager was great at keeping me updated about what was happening when, and showed up frequently to check on the work being done. My only criticism is that the whole process, from finalizing the design, ordering supplies, and completing the work took quite a bit longer than I expected. But the wait was worth it---LOVE my new bathroom!
