I’ve had a great experience with 365 Mechanical. They’ve serviced my furnace twice and replaced my water heater, and each time the process was smooth and fair. When my heat went out, they got me on the schedule quickly. The owner, Chris, even made an extra stop to check on work done the day before and didn’t charge me anything additional. 365 Mechanical recently completed an update and home electrification project that compliments my existing solar array. Chris Billman provided expert knowledge of state-of-the-art options during the design and conception phase of the project balancing a complex set of variables. Marissa and LaDonna in the office provided regular updates and communicated timelines along with coordinating the project but also helped to research, identify and secure multiple rebates and grants that assisted in financing the endeavor.
