Pedicure - done professionally with care. Very good message of feet and legs. We walked in without an appointment, but only had to wait about 10 minutes to be served. I believe they had a full staff with every bench being served - so they were able to accommodate walk-ins with short waiting times that day. Others don't seem to be as lucky. But we don't think its right to complain about waiting times if you are a walk-in. Obviously, they are busy because most people seem to like the service. We will keep going - and if there is a complain my style is to tell management - not b-tc-h on the web. Most good places take complaints seriously and try to fix it.
This is a conveniently located, CLEAN, relaxing place to have your nails done. I regularly get shellac and gel manicures and pedicures at this location. During the pedicures they perform hot stone treatments which I haven't been offered at other salons (unless I want to sell a kidney first and who knows if they are as clean as this place). Some people have mentioned the price is too high. Hi, have you bought anything in the last 12 months? Everything is high. This salon only recently increased their prices and for the work they do and results they give, it's definitely worth it. *Previous review from Nancy*: I don't know why Nancy H. has her panties in a bunch: "I've never been told 'we are busy and won't take you'"? What kind of ludicrous statement is that? The rest of us live in reality Nancy H. Join us when you can handle it. What's that saying? "A lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on [my] part?" I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have their nails done. I will be moving from Dexter in the next couple months and will still be coming here.
I’ve been coming here since 2019. The staff is friendly, the salon is always clean, and my nails always look so beautiful. They are in high demand as the only salon in Dexter, so it’s best to call ahead and make an appointment to be sure you can get in for the service that you desire, or the tech that you like.Services: Acrylic nails
