Five stars plus to Wahl-Roehm Heating & Cooling ! Yesterday evening, with outside temps about 7 degrees, my furnace suddenly stopped heating. Wahl-Roehm had installed my furnace/ac about 18 months ago, so naturally I phoned their after hours number expecting no answer until the next business day. To my surprise, Steve (from Wahl-Roehm) called back within 5 minutes. He was stuck at an all night job & couldn't come out, but he walked me through the steps to not only diagnose the problem but fix it as well. We were on the phone about 45 minutes, some time taken up by me going outside to check a pipe & finding some tools. He was very patient, very clear in his directions & obviously VERY knowledgeable. Before we ended our call, he made sure the furnace was working properly.
These days, sorry to say, vendor service is often less than commendable. Not true with Wahl-Roehm. If you need installation or service on HVAC equipment, give them a call. You won't be disappointed.
Installed tint for my skylights, very kind people and excellent service. They left both the carpeted and tiled areas clean as well. One of the best and most trustworthy places I’ve ever worked with.

Ken Coleman did a great job on our surveying project. He figured out that the lot line discrepancy was actually an error between the property descriptions on the adjacent deeds. He confirmed for us that the survey marking pins were actually all correct. I would recommend him 100%.A few years earlier we also had him survey two lot lines on our acreage. He went above and beyond our expectations and put in a few extra pins to make it very clear where the lines are. I'm very grateful for his quality service.

Well, if you're into dealing with a really nice person who is responsive to your particular wishes and needs, is thorough and knows her stuff -- I recommend Starla of Heaven Sent Tax & Bookkeeping. I cannot actually give an honest review of her bookkeeping services as we aren't in need of that service but she did a wonderful job on our tax returns. In fact we just received our timely refund in the mail a few days ago. Starla is sincere, professional, and maybe best of all...affordable!
Eric is the most knowledgeable and hard working owner in the turf care business. After trying two of the major lawn care services, he revitalized our 22-year-old lawn in less than a year. Alex has watched over our cats while we have been on vacation a couple times and she always does an awesome job. She always sends a photo of our cats when she is there to let us know they are okay and well cared for. A great personalized strength training experience. I 10/10 recommend. Onyx did an amazing job of customizing a work out to my sons needs with a strength training program. Working on his specific areas of weakness, ensuring proper technique and giving him great instruction, and also helping with wrestling on the mat. THANK YOU ONYX, we are looking forward to next time.
On three occasions I had a shampoo, cut and blow dry with stylist Barbie. Each visit was pleasant and relaxing. Aside from being a very friendly and kind lady, Barbie is an excellent hair stylist. Looking forward to my next appointment at "Hair's Everything".

I've been here twice so far, each time with a different stylist, and they were both great. Very kind and fun/easy to chat with, and my hair looked amazing afterwards. They helped talk me through explaining what I wanted, and even figured out a great solution to a specific issue I've had with this hairstyle in the past.
Best nail salon I’ve been to. The people working are incredibly upbeat and entertaining which makes having to stay still for your nails to be done substantially more fun.

I recently went to Salon 401 to get my hair dyed and a bang trim for the very first time. I've been struggling to find a new hair stylist after mine passed away. My whole experience with this salon was fantastic. The desk contacts were friendly and welcoming and made it easy to book an appointment. They accommodated my last minute request for an appointment and were flexible with my schedule. They also asked me for photos of the hair color I was looking for to ensure they were prepared, as I'm a read head and wanted a copper color. Cristi Lopez did my hair yesterday. She was also very friendly and welcoming and we had great conversation. And MOST importantly, my hair turned out even better than I had hoped. The color is so pretty and it's a perfect balance of copper and the perfect tone of light/dark! She did EXCELLENT work. She also took time and care to make sure my bangs were exactly the length I wanted. This salon is worth checking out. They do great work and provide awesome customer service. I'll definitely be going back!
We are absolutely in love with our new kitchen thanks to JCJ Contracting. We had such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Jim the estimator was helpful and gave honest and fair quotes. Steve, our project manager was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Any time there was a question or concern, he was there to address it to our complete satisfaction. The crew were fantastic to deal with as well, especially Gavin and JC who were there from the beginning to the end making sure everything was just perfect. We were able to feel completely at ease with them working in our home while we went to work, which was such a relief. The whole process was very low stress and anxiety and that means everything when remodeling. We will absolutely be hiring them to bring the other projects in our home to life as soon as we can. You will not regret hiring JCJ, in fact you'll be so relieved you did!

We had Active 1 install new windows in our home a few weeks ago and we are so pleased with the whole experience.
I first called on Saturday, Mother's day weekend, got an answering machine, and left a message, typical experience when dealing with contractors today.
Well to my suprise Rocky called me Sunday Mother's day, we set up an appointment for that Tuesday and everything was great for the rest of the project.
My wife and I visited their showroom picked the windows, color, trim and style we wanted, Rocky said it would take around 8 weeks to get the windows in and almost to the day they called to schedule the install.
The 2 guys who came to do most of the work, Rodney and Andrew, were both were a little older but had over 40 years experienceeach and definitely knew what they were doing, showed up early, worked a full day, even Saturdays until the job was done.
They kept everything clean, were very respectful, did a great job and important to us were great with our 2 dogs.
We chose the Marvin Infinity Fiberglass model and what a appearance difference, they are so clear compared to our old vinyl windows you would swear there was no window there, it is amazing the clarity.
So final comment, contact was amazing, work was amazing, people were like family, product is far above our expectations and price was very fair, we are so pleased with the experience that they are doing our kitchen next.

Pear tree is a very professional and friendly dental office. I always feel comfortable with the staff. The only negative I would give this establishment is their pricing is far over the average cost for work. I had a crown come off and had them clean it and glue it back on. The cost was double the national average per AI. With all that said the office staff keeps me coming back.
My old dentist retired without notice. Wasn’t looking forward to finding a new one. I love Saline Dental Care!

Very happy with the staff and experience. Recently moved to the area and have not historically had good experience with vet care. This office surpassed our hopes and we plan on exclusively using them. My pet is a reactive and sensitive dog and they handled her perfectly.
I'm new to the area and have now used AMC of Saline twice for both of my cats. The staff was friendly and making appointments was easy. Upon arrival I was taken into the exam room quickly. I have seen two different doctors and both have seem knowledgeable and very kind. The pricing was reasonable.
Dr Fung and Dr Moree are amazing. My 10 year old dog hurt her neck to the point her front legs couldn't hold her up and she was in pain. I was a mess and was contemplating putting her to sleep. As a last ditch effort I called Synergy. They were able to see my dog the next day! Dr Fung was very honest about my dogs severity but treated us with compassion and care every step of the way. With the expertise from this collaboration, my dog is comfortable and pain-free. Thank you!
WOW! Cathy was awesome. I love the room and how cozy it is, it’s very welcoming and calming. The evening hours are perfect for someone working during the day like myself. Cathy was very attentive and communicated very well throughout the session. I will absolutely be going back.
I have now seen Kim 3x to correct a complex issue on my face. In just 3 visits, Kim has managed to give me back my face. Her laser skills are genius-level combined with a good dose of art & magic. I am so very grateful to Kim and to the person who guided me to her. 10/10!!!
