181 Peacock Hill Rd, New Gloucester“I love Greener Postures in Falmouth! I come up to visit family a few times a year, and I can always count on having a great experience. I was in high school in the area when this location opened, and I'm so glad I have a familiar place to come back to. All of the teachers I've taken from are kind, welcoming, and fun. I love that each class leaves me feeling refreshed, energized, and overall happier. The flows are always thoughtful and the cues are spot on! I teach yoga in Baltimore, and I always leave a Greener Postures vinyasa class with great inspiration. I will keep coming back every time I'm in the area!“

I have been to many therapists and she is by far the best I have experienced to date. I struggle with hormonal migraines and I find when I am seeing Andrea regularly for myofascial release they are fewer and less severe. Highly recommend.“

“I think Ashley Flowers is one the best yoga teachers in Maine. If you're looking for something truly all-levels, truly accessible, and that truly focuses on the heart of the practice... this is it. There's movement, there's breathwork, there's intention, there's community, there's connection to nature, there's thought provoking conversation, there's a safe space to play, wonder, explore, feel, work through something, or do absolutely nothing. Like, literally: if you want to come to her class and do savasana for an hour, it's welcome and encouraged! And she does it all so organically and authentically.Wanna do yoga with goats? Ashley Flowers.Wanna do yoga on a SUP? Ashley Flowers.Wanna do yoga outside in the summer sunshine? Ashley Flowers.(Wanna do yoga outside in the snow and cold? Ashley Flowers.)Want a private class to "stretch, strengthen, and celebrate"? Ashley Flowers.Want something online from the comfort of your own home? Ashley Flowers.Want a smaller, more intimate experience? Ashley Flowers. What she says in her About The Business is absolutely the truth: come "break free of expectations", come "back in the joy of being you." See you on the mat (...or grass, or barnyard, or ocean)!“

15 Country Charm Rd, Cumberland“I've been working with Pasha since July due to a back injury and working primarily on the pilates reformer. After one session I could feel relief and strength in my back and the following sessions built upon that strength. I lift a lot for my work and am on my feet all day. Now the huge freight door and standing all day don't tire me out. I am so thankful to Pasha and her guidance. I didn't know I could feel this great!“
“If you are looking for a lovely studio space to practice Mysore this is the place for you.“
“Great yoga classes at Spiral Tree. They have nice family classes so I can bring my son.“
“Wonderful instructor and experience!! Darcy gets to know your problem areas and helps you work through your issues, building a yoga experience you can continue at home. The classes are designed to be small so she can spend time with everyone. Darcy is an inspiration....she travels to India each year to deepen her practice and brings fresh ideas back to her classes.“

251 Danforth St, Portland“This studio brings so much joy to my children and myself. Just being in the space, with the morning sun streaming in on the wooden floor and carefully curated toys and books, is a delight. And Cayce is a gem in the community. My children are attentive in class and eager to show the skills she teaches them. That's all because of her gentle guidance and ability to relate and connect with young children.“

“I started attending classes at PPY with a recommendation from a friend in January 2023. Attending the 9 am weekend classes with Darcy and Sam, I found a challenge and a new discipline I needed. As the year has passed, I have found the studio and all the teachers to be caring, kind, and helpful in the progression of my practice. It is an open and gentle space I highly recommend everyone experience.“
“I first tried Breathing Room when I moved to South Portland in April and have been going to classes almost every day since. It can feel intimidating to try a new studio, but the students and teachers here are so kind and welcoming. If you are looking to move your body in a fun and accessible way, this is the place to do it!“

“I did not know what to expect, having come from a larger neighborhood yoga studio. I was skeptical of using props, but David was awesome! I came in with a sore back, and left feeling limber, and thankful that I took a risk with Portland Yoga Studio. I would highly recommend this place. And $15 for a drop-in is very affordable. Well done!“

1717 Congress St, Portland“My introduction to this studio was in the middle of the pandemic so I was attending virtual classes. I liked the variety of styles of the different instructors. It's great for all levels of experience and the teachers are very good at offering ways to build onto and into each position to meet you where you are that day rather than expecting that everyone is ready to jump into crow pose or wheel.Once I was able to attend in person in the heated studio, I was hooked! In the summer, it's a lower heat but still feels great. Classes aren't overly crowded which I really appreciate (I like having some personal space). Having an outdoor class overlooking the water is an extra perk for our short but glorious Maine summer. ?“

Most importantly they are dedicated to the practice and art of true yoga. I've seen so many other studios lose touch with what yoga truly is and caught up in the crazy happenings of the worlds these days. Thank you for providing a safe space throughout all the challenges the past few years. It always feels like home when I walk through those doors!“
