Nicky is a sweetheart! I always do a deep tissue massage with her. She knows how to find those knots. I always feel much better after a session. I try to book my massage on days off so I can just relax when I get home. Plus I sleep great as well.
I've had Nicky as my massage therapist for at least 10 years. Before I retired, I traveled a great deal for work, so not only was I often in need of a massage, I have a great deal of experience trying many different providers and styles. I can tell you without reservation that Nicky outshined them all. She seems to have an innate grasp of what is going on in my body and how to best deliver exactly the right kind of pressure and where. She does a lot of trigger point therapy with me - which, honestly is not always enjoyable but absolutely works. I always leave in much better shape than I came in.
