Spiral Tree was my first real attempt at practicing yoga. I took classes from a variety of instructors at the studio over the 3 years I've been going there. Spiral Tree is a nurturing and welcoming yoga studio and has been a great addition to my exercise and spiritual journey.

Spiral Tree Yoga is such a wonderful and welcoming space to practice yoga. All of the teachers are fantastic and do a great job tailoring practices so they meet the needs of every student in the class. I am continually impressed with the classes that I take here. I highly recommend this studio!

I love Spiral Tree. The space is so inviting and peaceful. It's the perfect studio for anyone, and is absolutely wonderful if you're looking for a family friendly space. The family classes geared toward younger children are fabulous, as are the adult classes. I highly recommend checking out Spiral Tree. You wont be disappointed!
