I love Greener Postures in Falmouth! I come up to visit family a few times a year, and I can always count on having a great experience. I was in high school in the area when this location opened, and I'm so glad I have a familiar place to come back to. All of the teachers I've taken from are kind, welcoming, and fun. I love that each class leaves me feeling refreshed, energized, and overall happier. The flows are always thoughtful and the cues are spot on! I teach yoga in Baltimore, and I always leave a Greener Postures vinyasa class with great inspiration. I will keep coming back every time I'm in the area!

If Greener Postures Yoga (GPY) YOGA is like fresh fruit, then GPY YOGA NIDRA is like honey drizzled on top, sweetening and enhancing the overall wonderful experience. GPY YOGA NIDRA quiets the body, quiets the mind and sends participants off into a blissful state, improving quality of life and quality of sleep. Sometimes the class features wonderful penatrating vibrations from live singing bowl performances. It's worth stepping out of routine and indulging.

Short & Sweet: try the one-week pass!It took me a long time to decide on a yoga studio after moving to the area, but I took advantage of GP's one-week pass and decided to continue practicing there. Here are some of my observations in case they're encouraging to someone else in trying out this studio:-There are many teachers and they have different styles, so if the first class you try isn't for you, try a different one.
