“I had several plumbing issues in a 1950s home, including a slow kitchen drain, drain cleaning, replacing older piping, new shutoff valves, a faucet install, and new hose bibs with interior shutoffs. From start to finish, the quality of Doug's work was excellent.

The drain cleaning made a noticeable difference right away, and everything is now flowing properly again.

He took the time to do things the right way, especially working with older materials. You can tell Doug’s very conscientious and careful—nothing felt rushed, and the results really show. In an older home, that level of care really matters. The new hose bib install in particular came out beautifully, even with tricky exterior material on the house.

He’s also very personable and easy to work with, and clearly takes pride in what he does. Communication was good, and he always followed through.

“Coming back to write a review a couple years later because I'm looking for contractors for a different issue and remembered how helpful these guys were for plumbing. We had a very slow-draining toilet backup, couldn't even shower in our house because the sewer line was so clogged up and it would start backing up into the downstairs toilet. We talked to two other plumbers, both said we needed a new sewer. Then we contacted C.A. Taciak and Sons and they let us know the issues with our pipes were typical for any old Baltimore home, and all we really needed was a high-pressure water jetting to clear them out. It has been over two years and no problems. And it was less than a fifth of what one of the other companies was going to charge us, and about a third of what the second company would have charged. Honest, friendly, highly recommend!“

“Delivered a truckload here ,receiving is all the way back ,just follow signs . its too tight or almost impossible to dock the truck ,you have to make U Turn from where its says shipping and bring the truck in reverse to dock ,its alot easy . Gated facility so I don't think they have overnight parking here .in and out quick“

“Had an outside water bib that was leaking on the inside of the building. Cinch Mechanical technician cut a perfect hole in the wall to locate the split pipe (a little nerve racking lol). Pulled the water bib and pipe out and replace everything including adding a shut off valve. The technician suggested adding a spring-loaded access panel. Looks amazing and easy access“

“I called Dan about a clogged pipe that was causing a leak and water in my basement after 5pm on a Thursday. He told me he’d try his best to be able to come out the next morning. He called me at 8:30am and told me he’d be here in an hour. He and another guy showed up at 9:30am exactly and had the problems solved in less than 45 minutes for a very reasonable price! Jesse (the technician who replaced our faucets in the kitchen and bathroom) was very prompt in both getting to our place and getting the job done. I also appreciated the tidbit in the SMS messages saying he was on his way.

My roommate handled a lot of the conversation, but they said Jesse was great - very upfront! He told my roommate the pricing immediately and explained everything in a no-nonsense way.
