“I don't ever come in here or anywhere to write reviews. However, I want to express my gratitude for Ray and Rob at Bailey Bros. plumbing. I had a wonderful experience working with these two men. I recently purchased an older home which had internal plumbing issues. The pipes were not properly supported in a way that made the pipes either level or at the proper angle for water/waste drainage. Rob came to my home, introduced himself, and assessed the problem. He took his time to show me the issue and explain why the problem started. He also answered all of my questions and provided a thorough explanation. He communicated the problem to Ray who then emailed me a proposal/quote. Rob also explained what my options were to fix the problem. They could either use a machine to flush the pipes or just replace the pipes. After I paid for the assessment, Rob came back the next day. This time, he was able to come with Ray who also introduced himself. Rob and Ray worked on using a machine (that uses highly pressurized water) to flush the pipes. Unfortunately, the clog was too bad and flushing didn't work; they had to replace the pipes. Ray worked with me to make sure everything was done in one day. I would recommend Ray and Rob as very experienced plumbers who are professional and respectful. Please don't hesitate to call them if you are looking for a plumber in the Parkville/Towson area. Ray is fair and only wants to make sure the work is done right and is complete. Rob is also great and both guys have done a great job in my home.“

“We had a serious drain backup which flooded our downstairs and basement. Kirk Jr came out and cameraed our sewer pipe. He found a break in the pipe which was under our front porch only about a foot or two from our front door. Our porch is concrete and bluestone. It had to be excavated. Kirk Sr and his three sons came back promptly and did the job. They had to remove the bluestone and then excavate about 8 to 10 inches of concrete and then remove about four and a half feet of dirt from a small enough area as to not destroy our entire porch. They removed the cracked pipe and replaced it with a new flexible pipe. They did this in one day and cleaned up the area completely. All of them were a pleasure to deal with. I would very highly recommend them and will use them in the future.“

He called me at 8:30am and told me he’d be here in an hour. He and another guy showed up at 9:30am exactly and had the problems solved in less than 45 minutes for a very reasonable price!
