From the initial call with Ashley to the estimate with Ike and the work with Charlie and Freddie, the entire experience was great. Everyone was so professional and friendly. They went out of their way to do the least amount of damage to the property that was necessary, including coming up with a plan so they didn’t need to disturb any asphalt. They kept me informed throughout the work including plans for dealing with problems that arose. While having to replace a main water line is never pleasant, this team made it much better. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs major work done.“

“TLDR: The prices might be a little high, but the service was so utterly fantastic that I simply couldn't care. This was an emergency, and they came and took care of it, as well as getting the water remediation aftermath done with the least stress they could for me--especially making it easy with insurance. Would use again.

I had a mainline back up in the house due to some kind of clog, and Catons was able to get out there extremely fast and deal with it. When it turns out that water with sewage had gotten into the base of wall and carpet, they had excellent in house guys come over and then make water damage remediation easy as they could, too! If you get Brandon for water remediation especially, you're getting someone who actually loves the work and doing it well. Jamal and his teams on water remediation are phenomenal.“
