We had a great experience with Liberty Pure Solutions. We discovered an issue with our one-year-old water heater over the weekend. An appointment was scheduled for Monday. Danny arrived promptly for the 8-12 time frame. He was friendly, professional, and polite. Danny evaluated the water tank and made phone calls to the manufacturer and home office. The decision was made to replace the tank. Prior to arriving, Danny had reviewed the service request details and came prepare with a new tank in case a replacement was needed.
