“I don't ever come in here or anywhere to write reviews. However, I want to express my gratitude for Ray and Rob at Bailey Bros. plumbing. I had a wonderful experience working with these two men. I recently purchased an older home which had internal plumbing issues. The pipes were not properly supported in a way that made the pipes either level or at the proper angle for water/waste drainage. Rob came to my home, introduced himself, and assessed the problem. He took his time to show me the issue and explain why the problem started. He also answered all of my questions and provided a thorough explanation. He communicated the problem to Ray who then emailed me a proposal/quote. Rob also explained what my options were to fix the problem. They could either use a machine to flush the pipes or just replace the pipes. After I paid for the assessment, Rob came back the next day. This time, he was able to come with Ray who also introduced himself. Rob and Ray worked on using a machine (that uses highly pressurized water) to flush the pipes. Unfortunately, the clog was too bad and flushing didn't work; they had to replace the pipes. Ray worked with me to make sure everything was done in one day. I would recommend Ray and Rob as very experienced plumbers who are professional and respectful. Please don't hesitate to call them if you are looking for a plumber in the Parkville/Towson area. Ray is fair and only wants to make sure the work is done right and is complete. Rob is also great and both guys have done a great job in my home.“

He called me at 8:30am and told me he’d be here in an hour. He and another guy showed up at 9:30am exactly and had the problems solved in less than 45 minutes for a very reasonable price! We set up a time & day to install a new water line and within 48 hours he had installed a new copper line from my house to the county meter as well as all new interior fittings including a new dual check valve. Wes and his helper busted their butts and completed the job in 6 hours, including replacing the concrete at the meter. Fantastic job - yes they are highly recommended. “I called to have the water main replaced to my house after it started leaking at the Harford County shut off. His price was good, and he came and did the job when he promised. He had to dig the area near the post lamp on my lawn. When the light failed to work after that, I called him back. It was no problem for him to dig the area and try to fix the issue. Ultimately we discovered it was a problem with my electric circuit. He did not bill me for the call, and I am grateful and will refer freinds to him anytime.“
