I very much appreciated how easy this whole experience was after I called Jerry. He came out very quickly, easily figured out what was needed and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. The installation of the new water heater and removal of the old one was super fast, and he had my new water heater up and running in no time and made sure it was working properly and some guidance for afterwards so the disaster leak I had didn’t happen again. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and he made an overwhelming and stressful situation so much easier. I would absolutely recommend him!!
When I first moved into my house, I had a major plumbing leak. Jerry came in and discovered that a cast iron pipe had a large split. The location of the pipe and the way the old cast iron was installed made the job very difficult. However, Jerry and one of his crew was able to troubleshoot thw problem and was able to fit the long pvc pipe through a difficult angle into place. Jerry has since come out on another service call on a different issue. He is always professional, on time, and very knowledgeable.
Would give Jerry infinite stars if I could!! HIGHLY recommend his services/expertise. He was so friendly, thorough, and efficient. He even explained how to fix the issue if it occurs again! Great communication. Thank you Jerry!
