I called Redbeard Plumbing on Sunday to repair a water leak in my house. Sam, the owner, advised that he would have a technician respond. Donovan arrived in about an hour. He repaired the leak and did some additional work that needed to done. I can’t say enough about the excellent work he did. Very professional.
I am very impressed with Redbeard Plumbing. I called them early in the morning around 5:30. They actually answered the phone instead of letting it go to voicemail like most companies do. Sam scheduled my toilet repair within only a few hours of my phone call, and he was reliable and on time. He had my toilet up and running again in less than 30 minutes. Big thumbs up to Sam for such great customer service and professionalism on such short notice. Sam and his company will now be my go to plumbers from now on. Thanks again Sam.
