The service is very professional, with issues explained clearly and next appointments scheduled while still on site.
Ira has done several projects from new toilet, water heater & installing a new garbage disposal. He's very thorough and explained the various options (in terms I could understand) that were available. When I set up my appointment, IRA was not available, I decided to wait for his availability and I was pleased with his service.
