“I have read a good amount of negative reviews about this gym but I personally think this is a great gym. I have been to many other gyms in the area and this is the only gym that pretty much has every piece of equipment you can think of for weight lifting besides Golds Gym. Not only that, but nothing is worn down or old in terms of equipment. It doesn’t ever seem to get too packed in here either which is great. My one and only complaint is the locker room could be a bit cleaner and could use some upgrades. Besides that this is a great gym and has everything you need if you’re big into weightlifting.“

“My health has vastly improved since I started going to Zen and Vitality. We are fortunate to have both a relaxing spa and exercise studio rolled into one. Presently, I’m focusing on wellness with the sauna, red light therapy, and vibration therapy. I look forward to utilizing some of Zoa’s other services in the near future. I feel healthier, happier, and more energetic since I started going there. Highly recommend!“
