My health has vastly improved since I started going to Zen and Vitality. We are fortunate to have both a relaxing spa and exercise studio rolled into one. Presently, I’m focusing on wellness with the sauna, red light therapy, and vibration therapy. I look forward to utilizing some of Zoa’s other services in the near future. I feel healthier, happier, and more energetic since I started going there. Highly recommend!
I was having some health issues and my husband suggested I look into yoga and meditation. I google “yoga near me” and found Zen and Vitality with Zoa. With Zoa’s help I am slowly repairing my body from the inside out. With all the damage I have done to my body I know it will not be an overnight project. But knowing I have Zoa in my corner to help guide me, I am confident that balance will come.Thank you for all your help Zoa!
