About 3 days before Christmas my water heater broke and I was very stressed. I found Abend Services while looking for a plumber in my area and I'm so glad they're the ones I called. I live in an older house and my water heater is in a crawlspace under my house- not a great spot for it if you need it replaced. Abend Services sent out a Technician the same day and replaced my unit the next morning. They removed the old water heater without making a big mess and got the new one in with a little extra effort. While they were putting in my water heater they noticed the exhaust vent on my furnace wasn't hooked up correctly and fixed the problem without charging me any extra. I highly recommend Abend Services, they're a great group of people and they're not charging crazy prices.
Woke up to my thermostat’s red screen of death on the hottest day thus far in 2026 with an out of town husband. Of all of the companies I contacted, including the one that typically services our unit, Abend was the only one available and willing to come out. They kept me up to date on their arrival time and even included a picture of who would be arriving. I also appreciated their use of shoe covers, as I don’t typically wear shoes in the home. They were knowledgeable, polite, and resolved the issue in very little time. Couldn’t be more pleased with their service and will likely be switching to them for all future HVAC or plumbing needs.
Excellent service from the appointment phone call thru the actual repair. Honest pricing and friendly service were conveyed throughout the process. I would recommend them whole heartedly and plan to use them again!
