The gentleman arrived and and said he can't camera with water in the line in which I was never told this and had no clue. “Today is the second time I have had Arthur complete a project for me. My husband and I bought a few toilets and a sink years ago to replace the original fixtures in our 20+ year old house. He came out yesterday and did a thorough look over of our plumbing and gas lines as well as quoted the amounts to replace 2 toilets and a sink. In a previous visit, he also suggested replacing our backflow valve since we have a sprinkler system and so we wanted to have that done as well. After agreeing on a price (which was reasonable), he scheduled me for today. Both yesterday and today, Arthur was on time. He completed the job in a timely manner.
